Engineering investigations are developed and carried out by means of state-of-the-art technologies, equipment and software (unmanned aerial vehicles, Trimble R7 GPS Receiver, Trimble DiNi digital level meter, Echolot ultrasonic depth gauge, etc.).

• Оutcomes of analysis of the basic design solutions; the latter’s compliance with the RA Legislation, normative and technical documents; main technical and economic indicators
• Comments and suggestions on the accepted design solutions; recommendations on making corrections in and adding supplements to the design; justification of the suggested corrections with a mandatory reference to the violated norm
• Main envisaged amendments and supplements made during the experetise

The company conducts detailed design works and author’s supervision over construction works:
• Discussion of design amendment proposals
• Discussion and agreement on issues that arise due to additional volume of work not mentioned in the detailed design
• Redesign, organization of variation order procedure, if requested
• Verification of as-built drawings
• Regular visits during the whole period envisaged for identification of defects and provision of instructions for their elimination after completion of construction works

The company conducts supervision over technical quality of construction, as well as compliance of construction materials and equipment, including:
• Verification of work methods of the Contractor (installation of connections and formwork, cleaning of formwork, preparation of foundations of trenches of constructions and pipelines)
• Verification of proportions of concrete elements, control of grain-size distribution of concrete fill, verification of existence of equipment required for concrete works (concrete mixers, vibrators, and etc.)
• Provision of certificates for all devices, equipment, mechanisms and materials, as well as verification of their compliance with requirements of norms and standards
• Supervision over progress and time schedule of construction works, identification and timely solution of problems that arise during construction works
• Safety supervision during construction, as well as supervision of environmental impact mitigation measures
• Supervision over established implementation schedule of construction works.
